Before joining Protect Democracy, Ngozi worked as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP (STB). Prior to STB, Ngozi served as Senior Research Analyst at the Democracy Alliance, where he developed strategy for philanthropists and managed due diligence and impact reviews of national public policy institutes, public interest law firms, and issue advocacy organizations. Ngozi received his B.A. in political science from Yale University, M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he was President of the American Constitution Society chapter and served as Student Member of the American Constitution Society (national) Board of Directors.
