Before joining Protect Democracy, Rolando managed the membership and chapters program for Truman National Security Project, where he oversaw the recruitment, application, chapter engagement, and onboarding process for more than 2,000 members. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Texas at Dallas.
