Jermall Keels

Jermall Keels is responsible for supporting Protect Democracy’s operational systems and processes relating to compliance, knowledge management, and information technology. His duties also involve providing advice on project proposals and work with the in-house legal team. Jermall received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center where he focused his studies on threats to American democracy and national security. He also represented survivors of domestic violence in DC Superior Court as part of a clinical experience.  Prior to joining Protect Democracy, Jermall clerked for a judge at Montgomery County Circuit Court and performed freelance writing work.
