Cecelia Vieira supports Protect Democracy’s efforts to protect free expression, defend the right to dissent, and challenge the spread of anti-democratic disinformation through litigation and other forms of advocacy. Prior to joining Protect Democracy, she advised tech policy clients at a D.C.-based strategic communications firm. Cecelia holds a B.A. in Philosophy Politics & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
