John Haubenreich

John Haubenreich handles legal compliance, governance, and litigation matters for Protect Democracy. For over a decade, he was in private practice at a national firm as a trial attorney and litigator specializing in internal investigations, government enforcement actions, and complex litigation. He also has an extensive background in nonprofit governance and Board management. He is a graduate of Duke University, Vanderbilt University School of Law, and holds a Master of Public Policy from Vanderbilt’s Peabody College.
