Kirstin Cornette serves as the executive assistant to the executive director, acting as a strategic partner to ensure the organization operates with clarity, alignment and impact. With over five years of experience directly supporting high-level leadership, she specializes in streamlining executive workflows, facilitating complex decision-making and driving the meticulous organizational systems required for high-level output.
Driven by a commitment to the protection of people, the planet and animal welfare, Kirstin intentionally aligns her expertise with organizations that serve a greater global good. Prior to her current role, she supported C-level leadership at one of the largest renewable energy companies in the United States. She excels at bridging the gap between an Executive Director’s vision and the practical, principled action required to achieve it.
