Molly Golski
Impact and Litigation Specialist
Molly works on Protect Democracy’s efforts to protect the right to dissent and allowing those who seek to participate in political life to remain on the field, with a focus on combating retaliatory prosecutions and the weaponization of the DOJ. Prior to joining PD she was the sole paralegal for the ACLU of Virginia where she supported an array of work, with a focus on LGBTQ+ rights and general carceral conditions. She has a B.A. in Global Studies: Environments and Sustainability from the University of Virginia and is a certificated paralegal.
