Randy Frazer

Randy (he/him) supports Protect Democracy’s fundraising efforts as a Major Gifts Officer on the Partnerships team. He previously served as an executive director and held senior leadership roles across the nonprofit and social service sectors, where he managed academic advising, civic engagement, and study abroad initiatives for hundreds of scholars. A Harlem native and POSSE Scholar, Randy has over a decade of experience in program development and curriculum design. He holds a B.A. from Wheaton College (MA), an M.S. from SUNY Albany, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
