Travis Bruner is a policy strategist working with states across the country to build legislative and legal tools to prevent federal overreach. He also leads our work to prevent election subversion in Arizona. Before joining Protect Democracy, Travis led non-profit organizations on conservation advocacy in Arizona and across the West. He has brought politically diverse federal, state, tribal, and local actors together on policies to restore large landscapes and protect waters in Arizona and Utah. Travis is a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School.
