Travis Bruner

Arizona Policy Strategist

Travis Bruner is a policy strategist focused on technology and data governance, combating anti-democratic applications of data and advanced technologies while enabling their democracy-enabling uses. He also leads policy strategy to prevent election subversion in Arizona. Before joining Protect Democracy, Travis led non-profit organizations on conservation advocacy in Arizona and across the West. He has brought politically diverse federal, state, tribal, and local actors together on policies to restore large landscapes and protect waters in Arizona and Utah. Travis is a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School.
