Protect Democracy has joined with the Southern Coalition for Social Justice to represent plaintiffs in LULAC of Richmond v. Public Interest Legal Foundation.  This case is about protecting every American’s basic voting rights and ensuring all Americans can participate in our democracy free from threats or intimidation.
