Jillian Farhadi leads onboarding for Protect Democracy. She is also involved in hiring, benefits, and compensation. Before joining Protect Democracy, Jillian focused on talent acquisition operations for a multinational software and services company. With a professional background in non-profit operations, she has an understanding of and passion for intersectional progressive change and a commitment to problem-solving. At GLAAD, the world’s leading LGBTQ media advocacy organization, Jillian was a vital member of the bicoastal operations team and helped maintain the internal logistics and infrastructure of the organization.
