Nicholas Tulach

Nicholas Tulach is the DevOps Engineer on the VoteShield team. Prior to joining Protect Democracy, Nicholas was a researcher and Ph.D. candidate at Rutgers University, studying pedestrian and bicycle safety and transit-oriented development. He has a B.S. in Computer Science and a Masters in Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
