Alicia Menendez is a policy advocate at Protect Democracy, where she drives advocacy efforts to advance structural reforms to our democracy. Her work focuses on reforming our electoral systems to create a more representative, resilient, and participatory democracy. Prior to joining Protect Democracy, she was a paralegal supporting plaintiff-side civil rights litigation. Alicia holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Sociology from Stanford University.
