Megan Shaeffer supports performance, learning, and organizational management systems to ensure the entire team can effectively work toward Protect Democracy’s mission. She has over a decade of experience in nonprofit operations and fundraising with a focus on community-based, anti-poverty nonprofits in Philadelphia. Megan received her M.P.P. from Temple University and her B.A. in Economics from New York University.
