Victoria Canavor

Victoria most recently served as director of the Baker Center for Leadership & Governance at Georgetown University. Before Georgetown, Victoria was senior advisor to the CEO of TechnoServe, an economic development enterprise that fosters business solutions to poverty, and directed their Global Fellows program. She also advised Fortune 100 companies as a management consultant with Deloitte. Earlier in her career, as a senior program officer at the National Democratic Institute, Victoria partnered with country teams in the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe to design and implement democratic development programs, and worked on global and domestic political campaigns with the opinion research firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner. Victoria holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. from Tufts University.
