Alicia Menendez is a policy advocate at Protect Democracy, where she drives efforts to advance structural reforms to our democracy. Her work focuses on re-building our electoral systems to create a more representative, resilient, and participatory democracy. Prior to joining Protect Democracy, she supported plaintiff-side civil rights litigation as a paralegal. Alicia holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Sociology.
