Counsel, Free & Fair Elections

Catherine serves as Counsel at Protect Democracy, focusing on protecting voting rights and free and fair elections. Before joining Protect Democracy, Catherine was an immigration attorney, advocating for inclusive policies and representing low-income immigrants in immigration court, family court, and in front of federal agencies in Washington DC and Honolulu. Catherine clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for the Honorable Kim M. Wardlaw and holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. from Yale University.
