David A. Weinberg

Policy Strategist

David Andrew Weinberg is a policy strategist at Protect Democracy, where his work focuses on ensuring U.S. elections that are free, fair, and secure. Prior to joining Protect Democracy, he served as a Senior Professional Staff Member with the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol, drafting several major sections of the Committee’s final report. Previously, he served in high-level roles at the Anti-Defamation League, the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. He holds a Ph.D. in political science from MIT and a B.A. in political science from UC Berkeley.
