Emerald Cronin

Emerald Cronin leads workstreams across Protect Democracy’s people functions, with a focus on employee benefits and org-wide policies. Drawing on her background in social work and operations, she strengthens the internal supports necessary for team members to thrive. Emerald’s experience ranges from direct social work in the non-profit sector to scaling a seed-funded tech startup. She holds a Master of Social Work with an emphasis on program evaluation from the University of Michigan.
