Program Manager
Jermatic Chambers is a program manager at Protect Democracy, where she supports civic engagement pilot work focused on building trusted local partnerships, strengthening community participation, and helping move emerging programs from strategy to implementation. Before joining Protect Democracy, Jermatic worked across federal and state government, education, nonprofit service, campaign strategy, and community organizing. She previously served as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families, where she advised senior leaders and supported work related to human services policy, anti-trafficking efforts, equity, and programs serving children, families, and communities.
