Jessica Nicholson leads our recruiting and hiring workstreams. She also contributes to talent development, engagement and support initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining Protect Democracy, Jessica served as a corps member with Teach for America and worked at Accenture. She holds a B.A. in Marketing Communication from Emerson College.
