Madeline McCann is a Data Scientist on the VoteShield team focused on analyzing anomalous changes to voter registration records. Before joining VoteShield, she worked on a variety of projects aimed at using data to promote transparent and accountable governance across the globe. She holds a B.A. in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Chicago and an M.A. in Russian and East European Studies from Indiana University.
