Tobin Raju

Tobin Raju is counsel at Protect Democracy. His work focuses on First Amendment issues and protecting free expression. Before joining Protect Democracy, Tobin was a clinical lecturer at Yale Law School, where he supervised the Media Freedom & Information Access Clinic’s litigation and advocacy efforts related to speech, press, and government transparency. He previously served as a First Amendment fellow at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and worked as a litigation associate at a large law firm, where he specialized in First Amendment and media law. Tobin is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and the University of California San Diego.
