Protect Democracy Statement On the Need for Congressional Action to Both Protect Voting Rights and Secure Our Elections

Protecting our democracy requires urgent action on several fronts. When it comes to free and fair elections – the cornerstone of a healthy democracy – we need to reject the false choice, suggested in recent media coverage, between protecting voting rights and protecting the integrity of our elections.
