Matt Peney supports Protect Democracy’s efforts to constrain abuses of executive power and protect against authoritarian threats. Before joining Protect Democracy, Matt worked as an organizer and research assistant for Georgia Senator Raphael Warnock’s 2020 and 2022 campaigns. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
