Travis Bruner
Policy Strategist

Travis Bruner serves two roles at Protect Democracy: one as a policy advocate safeguarding the separation of powers and constraining abuse of federal executive power, and another leading policy strategy to prevent election subversion in Arizona. Before joining Protect Democracy, Travis led non-profit organizations on conservation advocacy in Arizona and across the West. He has brought politically diverse federal, state, tribal, and local actors together on policies to restore large landscapes and protect waters in Arizona and Utah. Travis is a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School.
