Ahmed Shaaban
Director of Partnerships
Ahmed Shaaban leads the Partnerships team. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a master’s degree in political science where he conducted research on democratization, democratic consolidation, and mechanisms for promoting peace and political equality in ethnically divided and post-conflict societies. Having grown up under the Mubarak regime, Ahmed has seen the destructive effects of authoritarian rule firsthand.
