Andrew Lautz is the Director of Federal Policy for National Taxpayers Union and National Taxpayers Union Foundation. In this role, Andrew works with stakeholders on and off Capitol Hill to promote pro-taxpayer health, tax, and regulatory policy. Andrew also helps lead NTU’s work on Pentagon spending, government transparency, and Congressional reform. Before joining NTU, Andrew conducted research for a number of political and issue advocacy campaigns.

Andrew graduated from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Communication and a Master’s degree in Political Management. He enjoys running, D.C.’s concert scene, and cheering on his adopted hometown baseball team, the Washington Nationals.
