Ellinor Heywood

Ellinor Heywood supports Protect Democracy’s efforts to protect against the threat of another autocratic presidency through litigation and other forms of advocacy. Prior to joining Protect Democracy, she worked in criminal justice at a civil rights litigation firm, investigating staff misconduct in California prisons and jails. Ellinor received a B.A. in Government/Legal Studies & Hispanic Studies from Bowdoin College. She also holds an MA in Conflict Transformation & Social Justice from Queen’s University Belfast.
