Jacek Pruski

Jacek Pruski is a special counsel at Protect Democracy, where he works to help maintain our government’s system of separation of powers. Previously, he has served in various legal roles in the federal government, including at the U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Department of Education, White House, and U.S. Department of Justice, as well as in the nonprofit sector. He also clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Jacek received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, M.P.P. from Stanford University, and B.S. and B.A. from the University of Iowa.
