Kyle Miller leads Protect Democracy’s advocacy efforts in Pennsylvania, including legislative efforts to prevent election subversion and combat the spread of disinformation. Prior to joining Protect Democracy, Kyle served as Legislative Director to the Democratic Whip in the Senate of Pennsylvania, and as Democratic Executive Director of the PA Senate State Government Committee, where he worked on gerrymandering reform, updating lobbying disclosure practices, and enacting no-excuse absentee voting ahead of the 2020 election. A veteran of the US Navy with operational tours in Kabul, Afghanistan and at sea in the Arabian Gulf and Pacific Ocean, Kyle holds a Master of Public Administration and B.S. in Public Policy from the Pennsylvania State University.
