Ori Lev works to reduce support for authoritarian factions and build defenses against autocratic tactics. Before joining Protect Democracy, Ori worked was a partner at Mayer Brown, an international law firm. Prior to private practice, Ori served in a variety of government roles, including as Deputy Enforcement Director at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Associate Director of Enforcement at the Office of Foreign Assets Control, and as a litigator at the Departments of Justice. Ori clerked at the Southern District of New York and is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Yale Law School.
