Jane Bentrott

Jane Petersen Bentrott is a litigator who focuses on combating disinformation that undermines our democracy. She has significant experience litigating complex and class actions in federal courts nationwide. Before joining Protect Democracy, Jane was an attorney at Justice Action Center where she led cases to vindicate the rights of immigrants and their communities, and previously worked as a litigation associate at the law firm Morrison & Foerster LLC. Jane received her J.D. from Columbia Law School and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
