Aaron Baird is a Communications Strategist at Protect Democracy. He leads comms work around systemic threats to American democracy and efforts to engage the media. He’s also staffed the National Task Force on Election Crises, a cross-partisan group of 50+ experts dedicated to ensuring free and fair elections. Before Protect Democracy, Aaron was a senior policy advisor to Rep. Adam Schiff, and helped with business strategy at a media startup, Quartz. He majored in Political Theory at UCLA and earned a masters in International Political Economy at the London School of Economics.
